MY favorite types of art

HAPPY VERY LATE THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!
In honor of thanksgiving I'm posting about the types of art that I'm thank full for.
I'm only putting down  10 because I don't want to take too much of your time.
 here's the list of activities:

1. sketching
2. drawing in marker
3. painting
4. drawing with crayons
5. drawing in oil pastel.
6. drawing in chalk.
7. using rubber stamps.

SKETCHING

I really like sketching with my pencils.
I've found you can make nearly any shade by blending the colors.
If the dark green is too dark add some light yellow.
Anyway my tip of the day is for photographers.
A camera with auto focus is best for flowers & frogs because with of without macro they are so tiny the slightest gust of wind could ruin your picture entirely.

pencils,crayons,pens:what's the biggest difference?

Though pencils,crayons & pens all are good for art a large question remains:which is best?

Pencils are best for lines.

Crayons are best for filling in & pens are best for outlining.

you know over all each is as good as the last.

Edgar Allen Poe

Edgar Allen Poe was a poet & a short story author.
His mother was an actress named Elizabeth Arnold Poe who died on December 8th 1811 when he was 2 years old.
Edgar Allen Poe was born on January 19th(my birthday) 1809.  He died on October 7th 1849  when he was 40 .
He wrote famous poems like "The Raven" & "Annabelle Lee".
The cause of his death is unknown.
